Organiseringen af den guidede tur var fremragende. Den rigtige alcazar er meget interessant, fordi den omfatter forskellige kulturer, der har givet anledning til meget specielle dekorationer. Haverne er meget enkle, men gåturen mellem appelsintræerne er meget afslappende.

Vi havde guiden Hercules kun til os to. Han fortalte os en masse interessante fakta om Alcazar og gav os også billeder og andre oplysninger om Sevilla.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, visite intétessante avec une guide compétente et sympathique Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu visiter les jardins qui étaient fermés à cause de la pluie, et n'avons reçu aucune compensation financière ni la possibilité de revenir aux jardins un autre jour

When entering the palace through the Lion’s Gate don't miss the Gothic tile depicting a crowned lion with a cross in hand. Your guide will narrate to your the complex yet fascinating history of the palace and how it changed hands from the Nasrids to the Christians. Walk through the Courtyard of Maidens, which was temporarily paved with white marble at the request of director Ridley Scott, for the movie the “Kingdom of Heaven”. According to the Alcázar of Seville regulations, each guest must carry their personal ID or original physical document. Online documents, photocopies, or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that trolleys, suitcases, sharp metallic tools or objects, drones, selfie sticks, food & beverages, ammunition, and prohibited substances are not allowed in this experience. Pack wisely!
Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, monopods, and any type of commercial photography or filming without express authorization from the Board of Trustees is a no-go inside the venue.
It is prohibited to touch or tarnish any artistic representation, pillars, or works of art.
Guests under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Re-entry is not possible.

Accessibility

Your guide dogs therapy/assistance animals with medically-issued certificates are welcome at the venue.
This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
Ramps and elevators are available at the venue for easy access.
