Lisboa-kortet er nødvendigt, når du kommer til Lissabon, for du kan besøge mange monumenter gratis og få en lille rabat på andre, så du får noget for pengene!!!

RISBOA-kortet er fantastisk. Jeg vil gerne lave en japansk brugsanvisning. Peña's reservation, desværre var der ikke mange muligheder for reservationstider. (Jeg vil gerne vælge mere tidlig tid)

Alt for dyrt bare at besøge klosteret Bortset fra bygningens skønhed er der ikke noget at se på, ingen kunstværker eller andet, og klosteret er så lille, at prisen er uberettiget.

Lisboa-kortet var fantastisk til de fleste attraktioner og transport inde i Lisboa samt til at bruge bus og metro. Det eneste problem, jeg oplevede, var, at det ikke var gyldigt til Sintra Pena-paladset, det mauriske slot og Sintra Royal-paladset og andre seværdigheder i Sintra, men jeg fik en lille rabat.

Jeg ville ønske, at det var blevet forklaret før, at vi skulle hente vores kort et bestemt sted, de fik det til at se ud, som om vi bare skulle have dem i appen. Jeg ville også gerne have haft et kort, der viste, hvor museerne og seværdighederne lå, og hvilke busser der var til rådighed for at komme til dem. Det blev svært at navigere, og vi kunne ikke få mest muligt ud af kortet. Det virker næsten ikke til at være det værd, især fordi vi som familie kunne have fået rabat på de fleste steder uden Lisboa-kortet.

The first Gothic structure in Portugal

The Alcobaça Monastery is the first Portuguese Gothic structure, crucial in the 12th century's establishment of the Portuguese Kingdom. Monks of the Order of Cistercians began constructing the monastery in 1778. No trip to Portugal is complete without seeing Europe's finest example of Cistercian architecture.

Discover how the monks lived

Walk to the heart of the monastery, where the Cloister of King Dinis or Cloister of Silence lies. It gives access to the refectory, the primitive kitchen, the monks’ hall, the chapter house, the church, and the dormitory. Be mesmerized by the Church of Saint Mary of Alcobaça, the first Gothic Portuguese church. Admire the King’s Hall, where the cladding of the walls with 18th-century tile panels depicts the monastic foundation.

Be awed by the medieval artwork

Inside the monastery, marvel at the masterpieces of medieval statues, the tombs of D. Pedro I, and Inês de Castro, and get to see the statues of São Bento and São Bernardo.

The upper floor of the cloister is closed to the public for security reasons.
The maximum visit period for groups is 1 hour.

Lisbon Card

Each attraction can be visited only once with the use of the card.
The ticket is valid for 24h, 48h, or 72h depending on the option selected once redeemed.
The card does not include fast-track entry to the attractions.
All cards must be exchanged at the same redemption point.
Please check the operating hours of the attractions prior to your visit.
Please note that most national monuments are closed on the following dates: 1 Jan, Easter Sunday, 1 May, 24 & 25 Dec, and on municipal holidays (13 June in Lisbon & 29 June in Sintra).
