På vores seneste rejse til Spanien besøgte min kæreste og jeg Alhambra i Granada. Vi havde forudbestilt en guidet tur, hvilket sikrede en smidig oplevelse uden besværet med lange køer. Vores guide var usædvanligt vidende og gav en grundig indsigt i stedets rige historie og indviklede arkitektur. Turen omfattede Nasrid-paladserne, Generalife-haverne og Alcazaba-fæstningen. Hvert område viste fantastiske eksempler på maurisk design, hvor Nasrid-paladsernes detaljerede stukarbejde og Generalifes frodige haver efterlod et varigt indtryk. Alcazaba havde panoramaudsigt over Granada og Sierra Nevada-bjergene, hvilket bidrog til stedets tiltrækningskraft. Alt i alt gjorde kombinationen af en velorganiseret tur og en ekspertguide vores besøg i Alhambra både lærerigt og fornøjeligt. Denne tur overgik mine forventninger. Turen var grundig, selv om der er meget at se uden for turen, og jeg ville ønske, at vi havde haft mere tid til at udforske. På trods af at vi var i den store gruppe, var vi kun omkring 20 personer, hvilket var dejligt - selvom headsettet betød, at man ikke behøvede at være for tæt på guiden, så det ville ikke have været umuligt med en større gruppe.

Min mand og jeg elskede at besøge Alhambra med vores guide Guilhermo. Han var upåklagelig, han bød os rigtig godt velkommen. Vi fik en rigtig historielektion. Vi var begejstrede for alt, hvad vi så og lærte. Den service, som City Wonders EUR leverede, var fremragende. This ticket grants access to several other attractions within the Alhambra complex. Explore the Palace of Charles V, an architectural marvel blending Plateresque, Gothic, and Spanish styles, renowned for its unique collection of Hispano-Muslim and Nasrid artworks. Discover the Generalife, known as the Architect's Garden, one of the oldest Moorish gardens featuring cool turquoise water, flower beds, and lush greenery. Nasrid Palace and Medina
