I starten var jeg lidt forvirret over, at alt var digitalt, og at det ikke var muligt at printe passene. Men til sidst fandt jeg rundt i appen, og alt gik meget glat på stedet.

Jeg havde aldrig forestillet mig, at Alhambra kunne være så imponerende. Fra det geometriske design til detaljerne, håndværket og ingeniørkunsten var jeg forbløffet hele tiden, mens jeg var der.

Det var meget ligetil at finde og booke billetterne online via Headout. Billetterne blev modtaget meget hurtigt efter at have gennemført bookingen og var nemme at bruge via Headout-appen. Oplysninger om behovet for at medbringe pas var vigtige og derfor nyttige.

Det var meget nemt at købe billetter. Stedet, som også har andre attraktioner, har en forvirrende skiltning. Overraskelsen var, at man skulle vise sit pas for at komme ind. Heldigvis havde vi vores med. Vi takker for hjælpen.

What to bring

Please carry your original identity document with you. It is essential for access to the Alhambra, and staff may request it at any moment.
It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and bring along sunscreen for this experience.

What's not allowed

Shutterbugs take note: selfie sticks and flash photography are strictly prohibited.
Leave your furry friends behind, this experience does not allow pets.
Do not carry luggage or large backpacks with you, there are no lockers or cloakrooms at the venue.

Accessibility

Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible and baby strollers are prohibited at the Palace.
When booking your Granada City Card, you must choose the date and the time of your visit to Alhambra. Your card will be activated 5 consecutive days prior to your visit to Alhambra.
