• Due to safety concerns, the ship's captain may cancel or postpone the tour if the weather becomes excessively wet and windy.

• Prams and large bags cannot be stored on the bus or at the booking office.

• Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above.

• The 5:45pm tour operates in low light conditions. To ensure everyone’s safety, children cannot captain the boat during the twilight trip.
