Min oplevelse var generelt god, maden var fremragende, og der var en behagelig atmosfære. Jeg har dog haft mere positive oplevelser tidligere. Tjenerne var prisværdige, men de blev hele tiden trukket væk fra deres opgaver af cheferne. For eksempel ventede vi næsten ti minutter, før vi fik vores velkomstdrinks. Jeg så vores tjener gøre vores drinks klar, hvorefter han blev afbrudt af en høj fyr i jakkesæt (jeg går ud fra, at det var manageren), som ikke virkede særlig venlig. Denne situation var ganske uretfærdig over for det hårdtarbejdende serveringspersonale. Det primære fokus bør være på at yde opmærksom service til kunderne, men det var en udfordring for tjenerne at opretholde dette serviceniveau, når de ofte blev omdirigeret til andre opgaver.

Fantastisk udsigt fra både loungen, hvor vi drak vores te, og fra restauranten, hvor vi fik lov til at besøge efter teen. Vores vært, en filippiner, og det øvrige personale var meget opmærksomme på vores behov. Foie gras-sandwichen var den bedste af smagsprøverne, og sconen var rigtig god. Det var bestemt en oplevelse, der var prisen værd.

Vi blev behandlet som VIP'er! En anden indgang end folkemængden, direkte til etage 122 og en fantastisk frokost plus vand, vin og kaffe inkluderet. Vi var derinde i næsten tre timer, og intet var for meget af det gode. Fantastisk udsigt, fantastisk service og fantastisk værdi for pengene.

The food and service was fantastic! Tariq was so friendly and offered the best service!! Be sure to book this afternoon tea experience and go for the top booking! This way you get a window seat and have great views great food and a brilliant experience!

At.mosphere was excellent although a little disappointed when we realised the restaurant is a long way from the top. Ticketing experience with Headout was poor and we had to try 3 or 4 times before we could book. Additionally the options were unclear and we did not end up booking the experience we planned.
