The was the most awesome tour. The Guide was so knowledgable!! She used the audio equipment so we could hear throughout the museum- this is a must to have a great tour experience.

Vi var imponerede over vores guide Sondras viden og ekspertise. Hun gav en god historisk baggrund for paladsets øverste etage og havde omfattende viden om de kunstværker, der blev udstillet der. Det var nemt at købe billet

Billetterne var nemme at købe. Lidt urolig, da guiden ikke dukkede op, før vi næsten var ved turens starttidspunkt, men alt var godt i sidste ende. Fantastisk guide. Venlig og let at forstå

Rental fees: Permanent collection tour €5.00, Austrian sign language multimedia guide permanent collection € 2.00.
The parking lot for people with disabilities is located right next to the entrance gate of the Upper Belvedere, Prinz Eugen-Straße 27.
Due to renovation works, the museum shop in the Upper Belvedere will be located in the first and second room of the original IN SIGHT exhibition until the end of February, accessible from the left staircase on the ground floor.
Note: With your time slot ticket you book a fixed access time to the museum. The duration of your stay is unlimited.
The Upper Belvedere's north and west facades are set to undergo renovations from April 2024. Scaffolding will be disguised with a net replicating the facade. The entrance and access to the venue will remain unaffected.
