Da jeg bookede vores billetter på Headout, modtog jeg straks en WhatsApp-bekræftelse med et link til vores billetter. Linket er i virkeligheden et bookingnummer, som du skal vise ved Gate 17 på stadion. Den person, der tager imod dig, lukker dig ind og giver dig de fysiske billetter et par minutter senere. Så snart du er kommet ind, bliver du fotograferet, og disse billeder vil være til salg ved udgangen. Guiden gennemførte turen på portugisisk og engelsk, men talte også fransk med os, da min mand og mine børn ikke taler nogen af de to sprog. Vi vil gerne takke guiden kl. 14.30, som var fantastisk. Du vil ikke blive skuffet over denne tur, den er betagende! Vi besøgte også museet, som var fantastisk og også talte om Benficas historie samt verdensbegivenheder, der har sat deres præg på historien!

Banen og faciliteterne er fantastiske, noget af det bedste, jeg nogensinde har set, men det bedste var uden tvivl guiden, Francisca, som var meget høflig, opmærksom og forklarede alting meget godt, hun fortalte hele historien og sørgede for, at man fik en fantastisk tur.

En vidunderlig, venlig og sjov guide gjorde hvert besøg til noget særligt. Indgangsgaven (tørklæde) var fantastisk, og stadion er smukt. Alt fungerede med billetterne.
