Det var nemt at arrangere og hente billetterne, og alt kunne lade sig gøre på den tid, vi havde brug for. MEN arenaen var lukket, og dette blev ikke let gjort kendt, hvilket var en skam og kan have påvirket vores køb (vi ville have bedømt det 'fantastisk', hvis det havde mere opdateret information om, hvad du fik inkluderet i din billet.

Jeg fik desværre ikke oplevet nogen af stederne, da jeg forlagde min billet, den faldt vist ud af min lomme, da jeg tog kortet frem. Chatbotten var desværre ubrugelig. Den kørte bare rundt og rundt i cirkler. Så jeg ringede til Headout og talte med Brian, som i første omgang var meget hjælpsom og sendte e-mailen igennem igen, så jeg kunne få en ny billet. Personalet på Verona turistinformation var fremragende og meget hjælpsomme, de forklarede, at Headout skulle annullere den oprindelige booking for at give mig et nyt referencenummer og derfor gøre det muligt for mig at få en erstatningsbillet. Jeg forklarede dette til Brian i en e-mail flere gange den dag, men fik desværre ikke mere respons. Jeg bruger normalt Viator, og jeg er bange for, at jeg nok ikke vil bruge Headout igen. Jeg vil heller ikke anbefale dem. Det er jeg ked af at høre. Jeg har arbejdet med rejser i 20 år, og det var ikke Headouts skyld, at jeg mistede min billet, men situationen kunne nemt have været rettet op. Jeg ser frem til jeres svar. Verona Arena: Subject to closure, or limited hours during winter months. Check before your visit: Arena Schedule.

Juliet's House: To enter the monument it is mandatory to make a reservation at Juliet's House.

Entry to the attractions is subject to closure or modification in the event of strikes, holidays, shows, or other reasons outside the organizers' control.
