Der var vejspærringer, og vi ville ikke nå frem til Franz Josef til tiden. Vi ringede til dem, og de flyttede vores tur til næste dag. Heldigvis var der en ledig plads. Det anbefales at bestille turen til den dag, du når Franz Josef, så du har en vis fleksibilitet i tilfælde af problemer. Glat check-in og en mindeværdig tur. Vi tog 1 gletsjer 20 min tur. Piloten var fremragende og tog billeder til os ... vi stoppede i godt 7 minutter, selvom det skulle være et 2 minutters stop. Helt sikkert pengene værd.

Franz Josef / Fox Glacier-helikopterturen har ærligt talt været den bedste oplevelse i vores 4 ugers ferie. Bookingen var let og blev hurtigt bekræftet, stedet var let at finde, booking og sikkerhedssamtale var behageligt, alt flød bare, alle kunderådgivere var vidende og beroligende, piloten var fænomenal og gjorde virkelig hele denne oplevelse vidunderlig. Landskabet er utroligt smukt og tager virkelig pusten fra dig - som så meget andet i NZ. Men denne tur var så ydmyg og fredfyldt, at det virkelig har været kirsebærret på bagværket ♥️

For the truly adventurous soul, this upgrade is all you need! The incredible aerial views of Mount Cook, New Zealand's tallest peak, as well as the spectacular views of turquoise blue icebergs with water reflections on the Tasman Glacier Lake, will surely take your breath away.

What to bring

Bring along your sunglasses, covered shoes (sneakers or trainers are fine) hiking boots, and 3 to 4 layers of warm clothing.

What's not allowed

Selfie sticks and drones are not allowed on this experience.

Please avoid using iPads for photography during flights as they can obstruct views. Feel free to use phones, cameras, or GoPros instead.
