Audioguide Il n était pas indiqué qu il serait à télécharger sur le téléphone portable. Nous avions bien des écouteurs mais prise Jack pour audio guide traditionnel et non pour téléphone. Il fallait donc obligatoirement une connexion internet pour cela, tout le monde n a pas un forfait adapté à cela. Démarches longues, lieu d accueil de récupération des tickets pas indiqué , informations réservations pas claires. Cependant la jeune fille qui a finalement pris en charge était compétente. Difficile de gérer l application avec la prise de photos. Peu d explications historiques. Problèmes de gestion des étapes.

The castle was interesting. Too bad the ticket person was not wearing the uniform to identify her clearly. So waited 45 minutes until we realized who she was. Could not connect to WiFi audio well

Alles wie beschrieben. Das Audioguide ist eine App - hätten hier und da etwas ausführlicher über die Geschichte erzählen können Es war eher nachdem Motto "Amerikaner, schnell, schnell"

We really enjoyed our visit. The site and structure were very interesting and the views of Rome and the Vatican were impressive. The audio guide was helpful but could be organized in a way that is more helpful to the user experience. It takes a moment to figure out what order you are supposed to listen to the audio.

The building is amazing and the history was amazing. I loved the views. The audio was difficult to follow at times and the groups esp their leaders were extremely obstructive.
