Mine problemer vedrører samarbejdet med Artecard. Supportteamet der var hjælpsomt og tog sig af os. Men i sidste ende var de ikke i stand til at hjælpe os ordentligt: Overgangen til Artecard og håndteringen og opdateringen osv. er simpelthen for kompliceret. Desuden svarer listen over museer ikke til virkeligheden. For eksempel Capella San Severo.

Den 8. JANUAR sendte jeg følgende e-mail, som jeg ikke fik svar på: Hej, Jeg har købt 2 Artecard Napoli -3 dage fra den 7. januar. Jeg har ikke været i stand til at validere/afslutte registreringen på trods af adskillige venlige udvekslinger hele morgenen den 7. januar via WhatsApp med Inna, lokal Headout-operatør i Napoli. Kl. 14.40 skrev jeg i desperation til hende: "Hej igen, i timevis har mine forsøg på at oprette forbindelse været mislykkede. Send mig venligst en e-mail med mine to validerede billetter, som jeg kan bruge fra det, jeg har betalt. Tak, Walter". Klokken 15.06 sagde jeg til ham: "Da jeg ikke kan validere mine billetter, vil jeg gerne påpege, at jeg skulle betale for to billetter til Capodimonte og til busserne til Napoli, som normalt er inkluderet i 3-dages passene (fra i morges)!" Kl. 15.08 svarer Inna: "Hej, hvis jeg kunne have sendt en e-mail, ville jeg allerede have gjort det, kortet er digitalt, desværre er der ingen måde at sende en e-mail på, hvis du ikke kan gennemføre check-in, kan du anmode om en refusion, bare rolig, vi refunderer det betalte beløb." Så giver hun mig endelig din e-mailadresse, som jeg skriver til dig. Jeg vil gøre disse udvekslinger tilgængelige for dig. Jeg vil bede dig om at gå videre med tilbagebetalingen af disse to kort (på det kort, der blev brugt til betaling) og informere mig om, hvordan proceduren skrider frem. Save time and money by purchasing the 3-day Artecard Napoli, which grants you admission to several of the city's best museums and attractions. The pass is useful for free or discounted entry to certain venues for three consecutive days. Gain free admission to the first 3 attractions from the list provided and leverage up to a 50% discount on entry from the fourth attraction onwards.

The ticket grants entry to a number of top attractions, including the Galleria Borbonica, Napoli Sotterranea, Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli, Catacombe di Napoli, Museo e Real Bosco di Capodimonte, Palazzo Reale di Napoli, Castel Sant'Elmo, Certosa e Museo di San Martino, Museo Pignatelli Cortes, Città della Scienza, and the Museo Nazionale Ferroviario di Pietrarsa. It's a great way to visit Naples, as it allows you to explore many of the city's top attractions without worrying about purchasing individual tickets. Public transit rides inside the city are also included, making it much simpler to explore the area.

Please be aware that from January 1, 2023, admission to the Galleria Borbonica and Catacombs will be restricted and will no longer be free.

Within the Reserved Area, downloading the pass may take up to 10 minutes.

To activate the Card, you must contact the service provider as per the instructions in the voucher you will receive after booking.
