Jeg var på en meget hyggelig, privat tur med Marle Robinson sammen med tre andre turister. Marle var utrolig vidende og delte fascinerende historier fra historien under hele oplevelsen. Hun er meget skarp og vittig med en masse sjove jokes, der holdt os beskæftiget. Samtidig var hun meget opmærksom på vores behov og sørgede for, at vi forblev hydrerede, aldrig kom for langt væk fra hinanden og havde rigelig tid til at tage et par billeder. Turen gav os hurtig adgang til stederne, og vi var i stand til at komme hurtigt igennem stederne på grund af selskabets størrelse. Rejselederen Georigo var ekstremt velinformeret, velorganiseret og turens stjerne. På den anden side skabte bookingkontoret fuldstændig kaos. Først blev tidspunktet udskudt, så fik de to fyre, der bød os velkommen, forkerte oplysninger (de fik at vide, at vi var en spansk gruppe, og at vores bookinger ikke kunne findes), og til sidst startede turen først en time senere. Vi var stadig i en god position, flere andre fik aflyst deres tjenester uden grund og fik tildelt helt andre tider.

Vi havde en vidunderlig oplevelse på Colleseum. Vores guide Raffaella var så vidende og venlig. Vi lærte virkelig meget. Kan varmt anbefale den lille gruppetur, da den er meget personlig. Neighboring the Colosseum, this rectangular marketplace provides an insight into ancient life in Rome, unlike any other site. Explore in a small group of 15.
Finally, make your way to Palatine Hill to enjoy one of the city’s best vantage points and discover the hill where the city was originally founded. Explore the ruins of the Flavian Palace and Stadium of Domitian, as well as the legendary Hut of Romulus.
