Vores guide dukkede aldrig op for at møde os, og vi måtte til sidst bede vagten på museet om at hjælpe os. Det endte med, at han ringede efter en person, som ville møde os og give os vores billetter, så vi kunne komme ind, men vi havde ingen guide. Vi fik udleveret billetterne, og han gik sin vej. Det var slet ikke, hvad jeg havde forventet eller betalt for. Jeg kunne have betalt halvdelen af prisen for bare at gå ind på museet på egen hånd.

Alt gik OK med Headout, og selvfølgelig var besøget på Accademia mindeværdigt, hvad jeg ikke forstår, er nødvendigheden af at booke billetterne gennem en ekstern partner og betale en unødvendig ekstra omkostning, da billetterne direkte gennem Accademia var helt udsolgt på vores datoer, og de andre muligheder var gennem eksterne partnere og betalte det dobbelte af, hvad den rigtige billet kostede

Besøget på Accademia var ret fantastisk, selvfølgelig var David-statuen helt fantastisk, men vi var også vilde med alt, hvad vi så der, inklusive afdelingen med musikinstrumenter. Som store musikelskere var det noget helt særligt for os (mig og min partner). Det var virkelig nemt for os at gå videre efter at have forudbestilt med appen. Meget glat proces at gå ind i galleriet

Det var rart ikke at skulle vente i en lang kø, og det var meget nemt at hente billetterne. Det eneste var, at jeg troede, at jeg fik et headset til galleriet, men det gjorde jeg ikke. Måske bestilte jeg den forkerte billet? Ellers var det turen til museet værd!

Muy buena visita en todo aspecto: La muestra como ninguna que haya visto, sublime... La organizacion para comprar y recibir las entradas, anduvo perfecto. Faltaron algunas indicaciones mas precisas (lugar de recogida de tikets, lugares de encuentro con dierecciones mas precisas, etc), pero en general bien. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados.
