Guiden "Tudor" var fantastisk og havde så meget viden om alle de seværdigheder, vi besøgte. Vi havde også et problem med hop-on-servicen på hotellet, som vi ikke kunne løse med chatbotten. Vi ringede til supporten og fik løst problemet inden for 2 minutter og blev endda hentet fra et hotel, der ikke var på listen, men som var på vej. Fantastisk service!
