Det var en sjov oplevelse at tage svævebanen op og se alle skiløberne stå på ski. Det var smukt hele vejen op og især på toppen. Vi blev svimle og havde svært ved at trække vejret, da vi stod af svævebanen og begyndte at gå rundt deroppe. Vi er i 50'erne og sunde og aktive, så jeg var overrasket over, hvor dårligt vi havde det. Vi skulle have drukket vand på vej op, det kunne have hjulpet. Når det er sagt, kan vi stadig varmt anbefale det! Det var lidt dyrt, men jeg ved, at det koster meget at holde vedlige. Vi havde en lang kø at vente i på vej op med alle skiløberne, der også prøvede at komme op ... vi følte os som en flok kvæg, der trængte sig frem ... da vi kom ned igen, var der ingen køer. Mit forslag er at vente til omkring middag med at gå op for at undgå køer. Køerne var også lidt kaotiske ... masser af mennesker, der forsøgte at skubbe sig frem uden nogen form for orden, virkede det til. Hvis du ikke fortsatte med at følge med, ville du aldrig komme forrest i køen. De er nødt til at organisere køerne bedre, når der er travlt. Det var en oplevelse, vi aldrig vil glemme. Det var en fantastisk måde at afslutte vores 18 dages europæiske ferie på! Vi elskede den lille landsby Zermatt og håber at vende tilbage en dag!

Make your way to the Glacier Palace, where you’ll descend 15 meters beneath the surface and explore a world of ice with handmade sculptures. Whether you're taking in the sights, enjoying the cinema lounge, or exploring the icy wonderland, your round-trip ticket gives you access to all these incredible experiences. You can also transport your bike to Trockener Steg and use the local bus service for added convenience.

Children 3 and under can’t ride the lifts between Trockener Steg and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.

The General Abonnement and Swiss Travel Pass are valid, so you don’t need a ticket.

Half-Fare card holders and kids aged 6 to 15 get a 50% discount on the shuttle.

Children with a Junior Card and those under 6 don’t need a ticket for the shuttle.

Small dogs (up to 30 cm) can travel free in pet-friendly containers. Just make sure your dog is in the container before going through the turnstile. Larger dogs need a half-price ticket for the shuttle.

Your shuttle pass is valid for 30 days, but make sure to pick a shuttle date that matches the day of your Matterhorn cable car ride to arrive on time.

Your shuttle tickets are round-trip, requiring only a single booking. The return ticket can be used within 30 days of your selected travel date.
