Vi nød virkelig vores besøg her. At vi havde forudbestilt billetten betød, at vi bare kunne spadsere direkte ind, hvilket var dejligt.Cheryl

Herculaneum
Herculaneum, believed to have Greek origins due to its strongly Greek name, traces its history back to the 6th century BC. Unlike Pompeii, it's smaller, less crowded, and exceptionally well-preserved, offering a unique glimpse into life in the first century. Upon bypassing lengthy ticket lines with skip-the-line access, explore various well-preserved features of the ancient Greco-Roman town, including intact upper floors of houses, a majestic basilica, marble bathhouses, and a large spa complex. Additionally, the site boasts an array of frescoes, murals, paintings, woodwork, and metal artifacts.
Naples Archaeological Museum
For history enthusiasts or those captivated by the ancient cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum, a visit to the Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli is a must! Delve into the museum's most intriguing section, the Secret Cabinet, where a collection of erotic artifacts awaits, gathered from Pompeii's bars, brothels, and homes. From provocative frescoes to an intriguing assortment of phallic lucky charms, this exhibit offers a unique glimpse into ancient Roman sensuality and culture.
