Our market tour was a delightful journey through the Florence Central market. Step one is grocery shopping. Set off to Mercato Centrale, the central food market and the city’s largest, lively, and a colorful market filled with appetizing ingredients. Learn about the local specialties and the Tuscan food heritage led by your chef. Choose the best tastiest ingredients as you liaise with bakers and butchers to prepare your meal.

Take a short walk from the market to the cooking class facility and enjoy tasting some authentic delicacies before starting your class. Chef whites on and get ready to chop, blend, knead and create! Follow your chef’s skilled instructions to create exquisite dishes such as crispy bruschetta, fresh hand-rolled pasta, tasty pasta sauces, and dessert, too. It’s now time to reap the fruits of your labor as you sit back and comfortably enjoy your meal with a good glass of Chianti wine.
