Road Trip From Lisbon!

Get comfortable aboard your bus along with the rest of your small group, and set off to Sintra. This 29-kilometer road trip from Lisbon takes you along Marginal Avenue, a winding waterfront road with sweeping views of the Tagus river and the Atlantic Ocean.

Cascais & Cape Roca

Arrive at Cascais and stretch your legs as you explore the narrow alleys. Learn of its journey from being a refuge for numerous royal families in Europe during World War II to a coastal hotspot today. You will visit significant places in this municipality, including Guincho beach and Estoril. Then, the group will continue to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe. Quinta da Regaleira

Reaching Sintra, the first place you will hit up is Quinta da Regaleira. It might be one of the most romantic places you’ll ever see. The estate has 4 hectares, a palace, lush gardens, lakes, grottoes, and enigmatic structures; places that hide mysterious meanings evoked by orders like Freemasonry and the Knights Templar. A guided visit to the premises will satiate all your curiosities.

Sintra Old Town & Pena Palace

Then, you will take a short break for lunch and fuel up before exploring the village center on your own. After you have sufficiently wandered through the quaint, meandering alleys of Sintra, you will head to the last stop on this tour - Pena Palace.
