Det var dejligt at kunne få billetterne online så hurtigt. Det var en ret nem proces, og det var dejligt at kunne få instruktionerne på engelsk. Osaka-slottet var fantastisk. Selv om det var blevet moderniseret og omdannet til et museum, fik jeg en fornemmelse af, hvilken fantastisk fæstning det engang havde været. De historiske fotos af slottet fra slutningen af Edo-æraen gav et indblik i, hvor befæstet slottet havde været. Museets kunstværker og historiske dokumentation var virkelig god, og jeg kunne være blevet i timevis længere og have suget alt til mig. Vi var dog bundet af tiden, men ville alligevel ikke have undværet det, da så mange af Edo-periodens slotte blev ødelagt af brand og ikke genopbygget, hvilket er en skam, da det er sådan en fascinerende periode i Japans historie. Efter min mening et absolut must see - særligt smukt under blomsterfestivalen.

Jeg købte billetten 2 minutter før, jeg gik ind på slottet, så jeg undgik den store kø af mennesker og kunne gå direkte ind. Online-processen var virkelig hurtig og nem.

Det var fantastisk at gå ind i slottet og se en masse information. Vi gik ad trapperne helt op til 7. etage. Fantastisk udsigt. Billetoplevelsen var så nem. Jeg undgik en lang kø ved at købe den online.

What's not allowed
Harukas 300 Observatory
- No food and drinks are allowed in the Observatory except on the 58th floor where there is a cafe.
Osaka Castle
- Large luggage, sharp metals, and food and drinks are not permitted in the castle. Only water is allowed on the premises.
- Flash photography is not allowed in certain areas of the castle.
Accessibility
Harukas 300 Observatory
- Wheelchairs are available on the 16th floor and are subject to availability.
Osaka Castle
- Free admission will be given to visitors with disability certificates. One companion can also be admitted for free.
- The castle is wheelchair and stroller accessible. However, if the castle gets too crowded on a certain day, strollers will not be allowed.

Harukas 300 Observatory
- This offer is not available for Japanese passport holders.
- Present your Headout voucher at the venue for a free Godzilla sticker during the 'Godzilla Attacks' event. Limited stocks available, so hurry!
- Coin lockers are available at the Observatory, but are subject to availability.
- Entry is free for children of 3 years and below. They must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
Osaka Castle
- Guests can deposit their belongings at the entrance ticket counter at a fee of JPY100 per piece. Available from 9am to 4:30pm only (last call for pick up at 5pm).
