På trods af at vores voucher fortalte os, at vi bare skulle vise den for at få vores billetter, var det ikke tilfældet. Den meget hjælpsomme Hop On/Hop Off-mand kunne ikke gøre det, og vi var nødt til at hente din e-mail, og så gik han ind i systemet for at få en QR-kode, som så gjorde det muligt at udskrive billetterne. Det tog ca. 15 minutter. Turen var fremragende.

Personalet var meget fantastisk! Personalet var meget venligt, respektfuldt og hjælpsomt. Jeg ville ønske, at appen havde en sektion, hvor vi kunne se, hvor lang tid vi har til den næste bus ankommer sammen med ventetider ved stoppestederne. Bortset fra det ville vi bruge denne service igen.
