Billetoplevelsen var fantastisk, og HoHo-oplevelsen var generelt vidunderlig, bortset fra at audioguideforbindelsen nogle gange ikke fungerede. Parkeringspladsen ved Dubai Mall er også lidt for overbelastet, så det tager lang tid at komme ind og ud derfra.

Vi ville starte vores tur fra Frame, men der var ikke noget skilt, der viste, hvor bussen ville stoppe, så vi måtte tage en taxa til Burjuman. Det er ikke acceptabelt ikke at have et skilt. Resten var fint.
