Det ville have været godt, hvis vi, da vi bestilte, var blevet gjort opmærksom på, at vores dato faldt sammen med den kinesiske nytårsferie. Køen til Star Ferry-overfarten var meget lang og meget larmende.

Billetten var billigere end på stedet og kunne nemt ombyttes til en voucher. Desværre var der ingen shuttle fra krydstogthavnen til den første busrute, selv om en BigBus-bus ventede der på passagerer. Vores billet blev dog ikke anerkendt til shuttlebussen.

Turene var fine, og lydkommentarerne var gode, selvom de kunne forbedres med mere information om, hvad man kan se og gøre ved hvert stop. Men de folk, der udstedte billetter på Central Pier, var håbløse. Kundeservicemedarbejderen, som jeg gik til for at indløse mine billetter, udstedte kun én billet, selv om der tydeligt stod to billetter i appen og e-mailen. Hun fortalte mig, at app-billetten ikke var relevant, og at hun var nødt til at se e-mailen. Da jeg så gik tilbage til hende og spurgte, hvor den anden billet var, fortalte hun mig, at jeg allerede havde indløst min billet. Der var to andre grupper på samme tur, som havde booket online og havde samme problem med hende, den ene var en sux-gruppe, og igen udstedte hun kun én billet. Jeg foreslår, at hun får yderligere træning i online-bookinger og i at forstå appen. De andre medarbejdere gik bare rundt og så fortabte ud.

Ich hatte übersehen, dass das Ticket nur bis 17 Uhr Gültigkeit hat. Da wir erst um 14 Uhr mit der Touf vfgonnen hatten, war die Zeit zu knapp.

Take the Victoria Harbor 10-min ferry ride by Star Ferry connecting the city seamlessly with Kowloon. A 'must-do' as rated by National Geographic Traveller, make a pick between one-way, round-trip or 2 round-trip tickets.

Guests under the height of 0.95m (3.12ft) can take the ferry ride for free if they are not occupying a separate seat.
Picked the ticket with Peak Tram ride? You don't have to use it on the day of your hop-on hop-off tour. Pick your ticket, save it and use it before it expires.

You will receive your mobile voucher in your email shortly. Please display this on your mobile device along with a valid photo ID either in the bus or to any staff member at the stop. A receipt will be given saying that you can access the Hop-On, Hop-Off tour at any stop/bus on that day. You may start your tour from any of the stops on the route.

The tickets can be used on any day within 6 months of the date of purchase.
