Personalet var meget fantastisk! Personalet var meget venligt, respektfuldt og hjælpsomt. Jeg ville ønske, at appen havde en sektion, hvor vi kunne se, hvor lang tid vi har til den næste bus ankommer sammen med ventetider ved stoppestederne. Bortset fra det ville vi bruge denne service igen.

Jeg fandt denne "samtale" mellem de fiktive personer ("Og hvad synes du om det, Jana ...?") temmelig suboptimal. Jeg ville have foretrukket en ren, klar konstatering af fakta ("Til venstre kan du se operahuset, som blev bygget af X i år Y ..."). Og UDEN musik!
