Jeg bestiller billetter online, men får kun en voucher, som skal udskrives bagefter - dårlig kundeservice dårlig bæredygtighed Forklaringerne fra audioguiden var utilstrækkelige, var usikker på, hvilken bygning der menes, og stemte ikke altid overens med ruten, var nogle gange for sent og nogle gange for tidligt. Audioguide-faciliteterne i bussen var omtrent i orden på flere sæder i bussen, kunne ikke sidde sammen

My husband and I purchased the 72 hour pass and were quite happy with the comprehensive routes. We didn't have to wait long to "hop on" at any of the conveniently located stops. The only aspect we didn't care for was 1 driver in the green route and 1 driver on the red route blasted their personal music. It was loud enough that it overshadowed the commentary we were trying to listen to on our earbuds.

Hj, na linha Castelo , não parou nas paradas 10 e 11., na hora do almoço.( só porque estava atrasada?). Permaneci no ônibus para ir novamente no Castelo e nessa segunda viagem o motorista xingou outro motorista de uma van q nao queria dar lugar para ele; houve um bate - boca e alto ele falou "filho da ..." Isso nao pode acontecer!!Os motoristas têm q ser melhor treinados para suportar o estresse do trânsito!

Having to go to the office after buying on-line tickets is inconvenient. Too many of the plugs on the busses didn't work, and the volume was too low to understand a lot of what was said.
