The driver was excellent!! She navigated the crazy rush hour traffic fantastically, and was so pleasant throughout! The taped narrative was annoying - far too much self-deprecating humour was totally unnecessary! Remember it's mostly tourists that travel these buses, many with English as a second language, any humour is usually lost. As tourists we want the facts about what we are seeing. It would be much better if there was more specific instruction of where to look, left right, coming up. Also due to traffic much of the recording was off pace. The driver saved it!

App may not be exactly accurate about which stops are in service, and may be gps interference from the tall buildings, but bus is always on route except for midday on weekend if protests are happening in central area. I couldn't board on my start day on a Saturday because of the protests, but was pleased with customer service reassigning my start day to my requested weekday- I believe it was Jennifer who responded by email- thanks!! Otherwise fairly seamless entry and exit- excellent way to get your bearings on the city layout and see incredible views to plan your more in depth visits. Recommend the 72 hours so you can use all three major routes to see the city. Great audio guide available.

Everyone was extremely helpful getting us around parts of the city we wanted to see. The cruise was also very informative and funny. Well worth the money

For the cruise, there was a problem with the boat we were supposed to take so we had to spend another half hour waiting in line(after already waiting that long or more). The worker that was in charge of the line was very rude to the crowd of people waiting when she told us what was happening. I think it was handled very poorly and unprofessional.

The audio was enjoyable..it was a mix of funny stories and history The drivers and staff were very nice and polite Buses that we got on for green and blue route were uncomfortable and it half covered specially on those rainy days
