Det var nemt at købe billetter, men jeg kunne ikke få adgang til mine billetter i den app, jeg skulle downloade. Heldigvis var det nemt at få adgang til dem fra bekræftelsesmailen. Herren fra kundeservice kunne ikke have været mere entusiastisk og hjælpsom. Guider og chauffør var fremragende! At manøvrere det enorme køretøj rundt i snævre sving var fantastisk for mig. Så godt klaret! Guiden har stor information, viden og energi.

it would be nice to hear the narration even when the guide goes to the top of the bus. I wear hearing aids,, and would rather not have to take them out to put in headphones. If the speakes were loud enough evrywhere that would help.The tour guides are great people.

Ce fut très plaisant de pouvoir visiter la ville de Toronto de cette façon. Par contre, les explications des différents endroits en Français ne concordait pas avec les lieux. Ça n'arrivait pas lorsqu'on était devant l'endroit.

The experience was okay but the headphones in the lower section of bus had too much static so sometimes hard to make out the person speaking. The live person was very funny though so that was enjoyable.

Rory, our guide was amazing!! Toronto seen through his eyes is a gift. The others couldn't hold a candle to him. The experience was amazing, thanks to him.
