Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt, da vi fik øje på en bus, og de pegede på, hvor bussen ville stoppe og ventede på os. Onlinekortet over busstoppesteder i York skal opdateres til den papirversion, der udleveres i bussen. Upræcise oplysninger online er et problem, især da vi begge har mobilitetsproblemer.

Oplevelsen var stor og det hele værd. Vi havde nogle rigtig gode guider, som fortalte os alt om Yorks historie, mens vi gik rundt. Det var virkelig interessant. Stoppestederne er godt placeret, og du kan tage en bus hvert 30. minut. Det var det hele værd, og vi vil gøre det igen, når vi er i York.

Hop på og af-bussen blev forsinket med 40 minutter på grund af en sygemelding fra chaufføren, så vi gik glip af vores første booking. Vi fik en ny tid, men ikke nok tid til at nyde hop on hop off-oplevelsen fuldt ud ved de andre stop. Personalet på bussen var dog supergodt... tommelfingeren op til dem.

Personalet var meget hjælpsomt, og jeg var slet ikke utilfreds med dem. Vejret var meget vådt og koldt. Og de arrangerede en god tur.

The tour guide that narated one of our journeys was very funny - I can imagine he says the same things over and over again, but still managed to make the delivery sound like it was the first time. It's a shame that he did not have a name badge because I would like to give him credit! One this that was not so good, is that we waited at the designated bus stop at the right time - one of the busses did not arrive which meant we were waiting for a longer time than we should have.

With 21 stops along the Red Route, you'll be very close to iconic landmarks like Clifford's Tower, The Fishergate Bar, Monk Bar, Campleshon Road, and the city's other historic spots. You also get to hop on and off as many times as you wish, diving deeper into museums or grabbing a bite along the way.
