Smuk udstilling Ud over flyene og rumfærgen er der mange fortællinger om krigsøjeblikke, hvor Intrepid var til stede. Interessant er også alle de afsnit, hvor der fortælles om de politiske og sociale situationer under den kolde krig og i Vietnam.Colin

Et museum til en fornuftig pris, hvor man kan bruge 90 minutter på at vandre rundt på et hangarskib fra 2. verdenskrig/vietnam, forskellige fly, den ikoniske Concorde og en ubåd. Det var en ekstra oplevelse at tale med tidligere ansatte, der tjente på skibet. En skam, at den guidede tur med Concorde kostede ekstra. Alt i alt vil jeg anbefale det, hvis du har tid.Sharisa

Det, jeg elskede ved min oplevelse på Intrepid-museet, var, hvor stor Intrepid var. Det var fantastisk, hvad det indeholdt af modeller. Fly og helikoptere var et vidunder. Det, der skilte sig ud for mig, var sømanden, som forklarede meget af det, skibet gjorde under krigen. Jeg nød virkelig, at han havde et billede af sig selv fra krigen. At finde ud af, at han kun var 19 år gammel, da han startede, var overvældende. At se Intrepid hjalp mig til virkelig at indse, hvad mændene i vores nation kæmpede for, så vi kunne være, hvor vi er i dag.
