La audioguía no es nada intuitiva, no sigue los diferentes sitios que estás visitando. Al final tuvimos que apagarla. Respecto al monasterio sabía que aunque tengas la entrada tienes que hacer cola. Lo que no me parece lógico es que pagues por ver el monasterio, hagas 1,5-2h de cola para entrar, y para ver la iglesia que es gratuita tengas que volver a hacer 1h-1,5h de cola cuando saliendo del claustro tienes la puerta de la iglesia enfrente y ya has pagado y enseñado un ticket. La mayoría de la gente que entraba en el claustro estaba indignada.

Vi var MEGET frustrerede (igen! ~ samme oplevelse på Quinta de Regaleira!!) over, at audioguiden ikke ville downloade!!! Nu har vi betalt ekstra (mindst!) 14 euro (mellem de to ture) for INGEN lydservice!!! VI VIL IKKE LÆNGERE bede om (og betale for!) audioguider til nogen fremtidige ture. Heldigvis virkede downloaden til Penal Palace, men vi fandt FLERE unøjagtigheder. Set i bakspejlet ville vi ikke have købt den audioguide. Vi troede, at vi ville have fået mere for pengene ved at gå direkte til seværdighederne og købe vores billetter.

Meget lang ventetid (næsten 2 timer) på trods af lavsæson. Kort oplevelse i klosteret. Audioguide var bestilt og blev ikke leveret på stedet. Venligst refunder de overskydende penge til mig!

Vi nåede ikke at se det høje hjerte. Vores audioguide viste os først klosteret og bad os derefter om at gå tilbage for at se det høje hjerte, hvilket en sikkerhedsvagt nægtede at gøre. Ubehageligt, ikke engang at tage sig tid til at forstå vores ønsker! Bortset fra denne person var resten af holdet behageligt. I kunne godt være mere specifikke omkring det faktum, at man ikke kan besøge kirken direkte fra klosteret (hvilket er en skam), og at man er nødt til at gå tilbage og stille sig i kø igen.
