Jeg var ikke vild med, at både kirken og det øverste kor var lukket. Det var halvdelen af turen. Det, vi oplevede, var meget godt.

Det var meget nemt at købe billetter, selv om jeg ikke kunne udnytte de 10 %, jeg fik. Klosteret er smukt. Men efter min mening kunne det godt koste en smule mindre. Der er kun rundvisningen i den udvendige arkade at gøre.

Da vi ankom til klosteret, lukkede de os kun ind i klosteret, men ikke ind i kirken, som var lukket.... Sandheden er, at det var ret skuffende at betale næsten 20 € for at komme ind i et kloster, hvor vi stort set kun tilbragte 10 minutter... En skam, da det var anden gang, jeg var der, og jeg huskede det som det bedste sted i byen... Jeg tror ikke, at priserne er i overensstemmelse med virkeligheden.

Klosteret er meget smukt, men kirken var lukket, og det stod der slet ikke noget om, så jeg forstod ikke, hvorfor billetprisen var så høj, næsten det dobbelte af købet ved kassen.

Klostrets arkitektur er absolut smuk og helt klart et af højdepunkterne på vores Lissabon-rejse. Besøget i den tilstødende kirke er dog totalt spild af tid. Bygningen er under omfattende renovering, så man kunne kun se mindre end 2 % af kirken (man kan kun gå 30 meter ind fra indgangen). Hvis vi havde vidst det, ville vi ikke engang have stået i kø i 5 minutter for et besøg på 1 minut. Desuden er personalet på klosteret ikke særlig venligt ... som om de gør dig en tjeneste ved at lukke dig ind med en billet!!!
