Selv om billetten indeholdt en 30 minutters video om stedets historie og en audioguide, fik vi at vide, da vi ankom til kontoret, at der hverken var video eller audioguide til rådighed. Det ville have været billigere bare at købe billetterne på stedet, for i sidste ende gav det, vi købte, os kun adgang uden audioguide og forklarende video. Scoren på 3 er kun på grund af stedet, som er utroligt. Men den solgte "oplevelse" lod virkelig noget tilbage at ønske.
