Det var en fantastisk oplevelse for mig😃Jeg kunne se mange berømte kunstværker og skulpturer med mine egne øjne😃En af mine bedste og foretrukne var statuen af Marco Aurelio. Jeg er stor fan af ham og hans filosofi.

Vi kunne have brugt hele dagen her. Udstillingerne var fantastiske, og vi nød især den midlertidige Ancona-udstilling med Titianerne. Konstantin-værkerne er fantastiske, og museet har flere dejlige terrasser, hvor man kan tage en pause og nyde den smukke natur. Et besøg kan varmt anbefales.

Virkelig meget interaktivt museum. Godt forklaret, hvis du kender nogle små bidder (og jeg mener virkelig små bidder) om Roms generelle historie. Jeg havde en virkelig fornøjelig tid. Så nogle ting, som jeg virkelig ikke havde forventet at se.

Great few hours to browse some art work you have seen in art history books and appreciate it up close. It was not crowded at the time i was there early in the morning.

At Sant Angelo Castle we booked a ticket with audio guide and the price was up to 10 euros more and there they tell us they don't have audio guides. Still the experience worth it.

Welcome to the world’s first museum, the Empire Roman Museum, or Capitoline Museums! Founded in 1471 when Pope Sixtus IV donated important ancient bronzes, this museum is perched on Capitoline Hill and showcases a rich collection of art and artifacts that tell the story of Rome's history.

In 1734, Pope Clement XII made a large collection of artwork and ancient sculptures permanently available to the public. As you enter, you'll encounter the famous she-wolf sculpture of Rome's founders, Romulus and Remus, along with many other items that reveal the story of ancient Rome. You can choose between a drect entry ticket, a standard entry or one that includes a happy hour (1 aperitif) with views in the heart of the city.
