The setting and the drawings at the start. Shame the Caravaggio's were on tour. Also the signage is not good or interesting enough. More curating please.

We loved the beautiful park! The only floor opened to the public was the second. The first floor is under reconstruction. Carravagio was in another place that we happened to visit. And the items in the booklet did not match the exhibited works. But we nevertheless really appreciated the museum. And had a lovely lunch outside in the Bourbon Palace.

It worked all perfect. No issues 👍🏽 one (big) thing i didn't like : the activation process is too long. in my case : write via whatsapp with the team, download the app, register with my personal data and send the registration mail back to the team. For me it's not that big problem, but i think older people will get a problem with that for sure.

Easy to use the artecard and we had a wonderful visit to Pompei. Spent the whole day there and parked our car at the nearby europark which was good value. Pompei was everything we thought it would be and will visit again if we come to this area

Also, ich kaufte es, damit ich weniger Stress hätte. Aktivieren war gut. Bei Nutzung benötigte ich stets Internet zum einloggen, alle 5 Minuten schmiess mich das System raus. In der U-Bahn war keine Verbindung. Museen waren nicht alle inkl. So dass ich per Zufall die 3 Museen Guthaben verbrachte. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war ja inkl. Allerdings konnte ich in den U-Bahnen nicht unmittelbar reingehen, ich musste jedes mal bei einem Mitarbeiter mich melden und er liess mich (aus Mitleid) ein. Verbesserung Bedürfniss ist da
