Vores rejseleder i bussen (hun er fra Canada... har glemt hendes navn) var fantastisk. Hun gav klare instruktioner fra start til slut, og det var virkelig så velorganiseret 👏 turen var godt planlagt og pengene værd. De guidede besøg på slottene var meget informative, og den måde, de blev præsenteret på, gjorde os meget fortrolige med Bayerns historie og kultur. OGSÅ chaufføren den dag kørte os sikkert til vores destination på trods af sneen. Jeg vil gøre dette igen med det samme!!! Tak for at tilbyde et fantastisk velplanlagt besøg.

Timingen af turen var fantastisk. Især var vores rejseleder meget god, og de oplysninger, han gav, var tilstrækkelige.

Vores tur til Neuschwanstein var fremragende! Cansel, vores guide, var et væld af informationer og meget sød. Hun gjorde virkelig turen fantastisk, og Tony, vores buschauffør, gav os en supergod tur. Vi lagde mærke til nogle negative kommentarer her, som vi mener kræver et modsvar. Vi så nogen klage over, at de betalte mere end nogle andre i bussen, og en anden klagede over, at slotsturen ikke var inkluderet i deres billet. Vi fandt det meget tydeligt, at priserne var à la carte med forskellige tilgængelige niveauer. Vi valgte bustransport med skip the line-billetter til både Neuschwanstein- og Linderhof-slottene, men valgte ikke det højeste niveau, der inkluderede drikkevarer og snacks. Så vi var ikke det mindste generet af, at folk, der betalte ekstra, fik mad og drikke, og det gjorde vi ikke, fordi vi ikke betalte for det (vi valgte dog at betale for drikkevarer i bussen, da de kunne købes). Cansel kunne tydeligt se på vores reservation, at vores billetter til begge slotte var inkluderet, og hun skaffede dem uden problemer. Andre personer, der var med os, og som havde valgt ikke at købe disse billetter på forhånd, kunne betale i bussen. Vi ser ikke noget problem i det, det hele var meget gennemsigtigt, klart og tydeligt. Folk, der klager over, at de fik mindre eller betalte mere end andre, har tydeligvis ikke forstået bookingprocessen. Vi har ingen klager over, hvordan det hele blev håndteret, og vi havde en fantastisk 10-timers tur, som vi aldrig vil glemme.

Guiden Cansel og chaufføren gjorde vores tur til en uforglemmelig oplevelse. Vi lærte mange detaljer om den bayerske region at kende, som ikke var relateret til slottene, og de lærte os endda nogle ord på den bayerske dialekt. Stærkt anbefalet, må ikke gå glip af.
