Vores oplevelse fandt ikke sted. Vi ventede på at blive hentet på hotellet i mere end 90 minutter, men der kom ingen, og vi hørte heller ikke fra nogen, at der ville være nogen på vej. Chating-assistenterne havde ingen oplysninger, var ikke i kontakt med den lokale udbyder og kunne ikke hjælpe os. Vi organiserede vores egen transport til natsafarien, men vores billetter blev ikke anerkendt (på trods af oplysninger fra chatassistenten om, at de ville give adgang). Vi var nødt til at købe nye ved skranken og betalte derfor for både billetter og transport to gange. Siden da har vi bedt Headout om at give os pengene tilbage, men indtil videre er der ikke sket noget. Gennem vores chatsamtaler (sandsynligvis med bots) har vi mange gange hørt, at de "eskalerer vores problem", og at de "kigger på det". Men der er ikke kommet noget konkret ud af det - kun tomme fraser og løfter. Vi ved ikke engang, om der var en chauffør, som skulle have hentet os og udleveret de rigtige billetter, eller om det hele har været et fupnummer. Den værste oplevelse nogensinde. Ikke alene mistede vi penge (vi håber stadig at få dem tilbage, men ser chancerne som små), men også en masse tid og nerver.
