Tiere die bei uns heimisch sind bzw. waren aus der Nähe betrachten, mehr über ihre Lebensweise erfahren, und das in einer eingziartig schönen Umgebung. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

De uitleg omtrent de activiteit is erg duidelijk voor een toerist . Parkeren voor €4 in congres gebouw (kaartje laten zien en meteen betalen bij entree nordkette) . Let wel op als je n dakkoffer hebt . Tot 2.10 ! Bij ons ging t maar net . We hadden combi ticket Alpenzoo / hungerburg. Eenmaal dat gedaan te hebben wilde we toch hoger en hebben we op laatste station extra kaarten gekocht om naar de top te gaan. Tip: kijk goed naar t weer / de bewolking . Voor ons was t op de top te koud / te nat en geen zicht door bewolking . 1 station lager n mooie wandeling gemaakt tussen de berggeiten en heerlijk geluncht . Alpenzoo was leuke bezigheid om te bezoeken . Geslaagde dag (wel prijzig )

Die Talstation der Hungerburgbahn war schlecht ausgeschildert. Die Fahrt mit der Bahn war allerdings sehr schön. Den Zoo haben wir besucht, der ist wirklich ein Besuch wert

We didn't feel the need to go all the way up so this was a super simple, streamlined experience to see both the zoo and have lunch with a view.

Ride the rails to the heart of the Alps

The stations of the Hungerburg funicular, designed and planned by star architect Zaha Hadid, have become some of Innsbruck’s most famous landmarks, representing the state-of-the-art architecture in the heart of the Alps. Closely resembling Alpine glacier formations, the 4 stations of the Hungerburg funicular are worldwide unique in style. In as little as 8 minutes you can travel from the city center to Hungerburg, where you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the city of Innsbruck. Nostalgia – the cable car museum right inside the bottom station of the Seegruben cable car takes you on a ride through the history of the Nordkettenbahnen. The “Theresa Church” is only a few steps away from the observation deck.

Want to see even more? Upgrade to the combo option and visit the Alpine Zoo! Nestled on the sunny slopes of the Hungerburg plateau, this zoo focuses on protecting local wildlife.
