Loved the whole experience. Liked the experience before even going up the elevator. Nice new attractions. Very nice touch. The play on the old architecture is wonderful. Even the suits of the staff was great.

The courtesy and kindness of the staff to begin with. They guided us in the correct directions, because it can be a bit confusing as to which way to go at first. But then....wow! What an experience. The views are absolutely incredible. It was quite windy on the 86th floor, so when the wind gets a bit much, there is an enclosed deck a couple of stories down that offer wonderful views. The gift store is your one stop shop for everything you want.
