Jeg fulgte instruktionerne og gik hen til mødestedet, men kunne ikke se nogen fra rejseselskabet. The Orsay Museum
The 19th-century French art comprised the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist periods, which created influential masterpieces that are found at the Orsay Museum. During your 1.5-hour tour of the museum, you will find famous paintings by some of the well-known artists and also stand a chance to catch Paris in all its glory from the Orsay terrace. Walking through the exhibits is a breeze as they have been arranged in chronological order, making it easy for you to identify the periods on each floor. You can visit the River Seine and Tuileries Gardens after your visit as it is located right opposite the museum.
The Orangerie Museum
Orangerie Museum is best known for its permanent exhibition of a series of 8 canvases of Water Lilies which is at Level 0 of the museum. This idea was conceptualized by Monet to create an environment for peaceful meditation amidst a flowering aquarium. There are other works by Gabrielle and Jean by Pierre-Auguste Renoir, The Young Apprentice by Amedeo Modigliani, and Pommes et biscuits by Paul Cézanne for you to marvel at. You can then proceed to the changing exhibitions to complete your tour of 1.5 hours, basking in the fine work of these artists.
