E-Tickets received in email without any hassles. Give five stars for headout's efficiency and we also booked from them for Versailles. Just that at the Seine cruise, after we entered the line for the cruise, a staff working at the entrance approached us and instructed us, in an extremely impolite tone, to exit the queue and go back to the end of the queue again. I had to ask him why 3 times before he told me his reason. He mistook that we had crossed under the cruise line to get to the front of the queue. I told him to verify the facts with his colleague at the entrance, as I actually had a conversation with the first guy before entry. He did apologize after the verification, but the fact was also that there was nobody behind us. Not the only time I'd suffered French arrogance from those in the service industry. Same feeling I had with the numerous comments I've read on other websites: if you do not have a welcoming and accommodating nature, do not work in the travel or service industry. It is normal for tourists to ask questions and seek verification as we do not live in the city and most do not speak your language. Please be more accommodating, and not destroy the country's good image with arrogance. You are at the front line and the first choice whom tourists seek help from. The general public was helpful and polite, and at no time we felt threatened or intimidated.

Very interesting and fascinating. Bad thing was that tickets were received less than 24 hrs before the scheduled visit. We were not certain that we actually would receive them.

Very interesting and Macabre experience. Though the staff weren't all that friendly or helpful or cheerful come to that. But the Catacombs were very well set up and it was astonishing to see so many dead people's bones on display.

Initial communication does not say our tickets would be sent to what's up app. I don't keep my notification on. Downloading your app and view ticket option was not valid tickets. But, after a phone call to customer service and direction to what's up very easy. Both Catacoombs of Paris and Seine Boat cruise were easy o ce we figured out how to obtain our tickets and tours were amazing.

Great experience; very interesting history. Booking via headout was so practicle. However at the entrance there was some difficulty with voucher. The receptionists at the entrance do not easily accept the voucher ; they insist on ticket pdf and unfortunately they are not acting visitor friendly. So be sure that you have pdf tickets with you
