Vores to værter Violetta (til Sagrada) og Anna (til Guëll) var super dejlige! Sikke nogle smukke steder, som vi føler os meget heldige at have besøgt og oplevet. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage 🥰

Mødestedet var tydeligt beskrevet og nemt at finde. Vores rejseleder (Olga) ventede allerede på stedet og var ikke til at overse. Hun var meget venlig og let at forstå under turen. Vi startede ved Sagrada Familia, og jeg var imponeret over rundvisningen og detaljerne i kirken. Olga var også meget entusiastisk, og det kunne man se med det samme. Jeg ville gerne have haft lidt mere tid der, men vi var nødt til at tage en taxa til Park Guell relativt hurtigt. Personligt ville jeg nok tage turen den anden vej rundt næste gang, men jeg var stadig rigtig glad. Alt var meget nemt takket være en motiveret og velinformeret rejseleder. Olga viste os de smukkeste steder (også til fotos). Jeg ville elske at tage på flere ture med Olga. Tak @Olga. 5 stjerner til dig!

Jeg elsker, hvor beskrivende og let det var at få adgang til og finde vores turguide, det inkluderede endda billeder med et mødested. Besøget i Sagrada var storslået, men ville virkelig have godt af et længere besøg, Parc Guell var meget smuk, og guiden var meget kompetent. Transporten fra det ene til det andet er dog inkluderet uden ekstra omkostninger, hvilket i forvejen er ret højt.

An unfinished cathedral

At the Sagrada Familia, your tour guide will whisk you past the long ticket lines straight to the brief security check and then into the Sagrada Familia. You will see the Nativity and Passion Facades and understand the significance behind them. Inside the basilica, your guide will show you the extreme designs incorporated into the church’s construction and the finely detailed works of the beautiful stained glass windows. You will also be able to visit the Sagrada Familia Museum. It started out as a school by Antoni Gaudí for the children of construction workers building the cathedral. Today, it is a museum dedicated to the basilica and Gaudí.

A dreamy garden

At Park Güell, your guide will take you up the enigmatic staircase that marks the entrance of the park. On the other side, you will find Gaudí’s mosaic dragon waiting for you. Park Güell is arranged around a large central square with a “trencadís” bench that snakes around it. With varying colors and curved lines, this is an urban retreat unlike any other, perfectly portraying Gaudí’s design principles.

What to bring

All participants must present a valid passport and documentation for entry to the Sagrada Familia. Without it, entry will be denied.

During the summer months, it is recommended to bring hats/caps to protect from the sun, and water for hydration due to high temperatures.

What's not allowed

Strict dress code: Dress modestly, cover your knees and shoulders as a nod to local sentiments. You cannot enter wearing see-through clothing, swimwear, festive attire, or designs that draw attention for religious or promotional purposes.

Hats are not allowed inside the nave or the museum except for religious, spiritual, or health-related reasons.

Entering the venue barefoot is strictly prohibited.

Festivities like picnics, loud music, birthday celebrations, weddings, or professional photo sessions are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

For visitors with mobility issues, Park Güell offers 2 free wheelchairs for hire (subject to availability).

The tourist coach car park has 3 places for guests with reduced mobility.
