Pena Palace er meget lille. Vi klarede turen på bare 20 minutter. Der var så mange mennesker, at vi måtte stå i kø for at gå fra rum til rum. Parken så fin ud, men man skal gå langt for at komme rundt i den. Den anden mulighed er at tage en shuttlebus, som man skal betale for. Jeg synes, det er lidt for dyrt.

Billetsalget var fint. Det var nemt at booke, og billetterne kunne nemt overføres elektronisk. Paladset var interessant og værd at se, hvis man er i området. Indgangen var lidt besværlig, men ret velorganiseret.

Billetten var klar til brug. Vi stillede os straks i kø til vores tid for at komme ind på området. De lod ikke nogen komme ind et minut tidligere, men lod dig komme 50 minutter for sent til din planlagte tid. Man sparer 5 euro ved at købe den online frem for ved indgangen, men man kan komme ind med det samme, hvis man har købt den ved indgangen. Det fungerede perfekt for os, da vi kun var der 10 minutter før vores indgangstid kl. 14. Alt i alt et godt køb, og området er så fortryllende.

Alt gik rigtig godt. Selve quintaen er en labyrint, men man kan stadig finde rundt med guiden. Det gode er, at man kan besøge quintaen i sit eget tempo.

Situated near Sintra village, the Quinta da Regaleira is one of the most amazing monuments. Built by an Italian architect, Luigi Manini, Quinta da Regaleira is spread across 4 hectares including the palace, with the lush greenery surrounding it.

Pena Palace

Please keep in mind that you must enter through the home tour entry rather than the main gate.

-The walk from the Park's entrance to the Palace takes around 30 minutes. This ticket only allows access to Pena Palace. Plan your visit so that you reach Pena Palace on schedule.

Private cars are not permitted to enter this monument. It is advised to use the available walking paths or public transit. You may park your car in the historic core of Sintra or one of the nearby car parks.
