Vi måtte vente i mindst 25 minutter i kulden, før vi kom ind på museet. Dine instruktioner om at ankomme 15 minutter tidligere sammen med en forsinkelse af at komme ind i bygningen gjorde os ret ubehagelige. Vi troede også, at det var en privat tur, men det endte med, at vi var en del af et hold på i alt 13 personer. Jeg må indrømme, at guiden var god, og hun fastholdt vores interesse under hele turen.

For de af os, der bruger høreapparater, fordi vi er døve, bør de tilbyde høreapparater, der går over øret i stedet for i øret, for når vi tager et høreapparat ud for at høre guiden, hører vi al den omgivende støj, som i dette tilfælde var de støjende guider med skolebørn. What's not allowed

Note that the following are not allowed on this tour: large bags, flash photography, tripods.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum, as there are already several dining options available along with specific areas for their consumption. Carrying water is duly justified in the case of pregnant women, guests with special needs, and anyone who may be sick.

Please note that there is free entry on Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat from 7pm till closing, and Sun from 12:30pm till closing.

Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone between the age of 14 and 18 who wishes to visit the museum without an adult must show their national ID document.

Entry is free for guests with a valid ID under 18 years of age, or over 65.

Entry is free for students between 18 and 25 years and those over 25 years of age pursuing studies in fine arts, conservation and restoration, history, and art history.

Entry is free for journalists, those with a youth card, legally unemployed guests, and active teaching staff.

Entry is free for guests with a disability and the person accompanying them with valid proof of resolution of disability.

Entry is free for families with at least one adult and three children (or two, if one of them has a disability), and

Members of large families visiting the Museum individually outside the above-mentioned family groups, will only benefit from a 50% reduction in the price of admission.
