Billetterne skulle hentes på en anden adresse, når de kunne have sendt dem til appen eller e-mail direkte til os. Vi måtte alligevel stå i kø for at komme ind.

Billetterne skal afhentes i et lokale 250 meter fra Pantheon, så det er upraktisk at skulle hen til afhentningsstedet først. Når man er i Pantheon, er der ingen til at tage sig af eventuelle problemer, man går bare ind gennem den midterste række, venter på, at man får udleveret audioguiden ved et bord til venstre og klarer så selv resten af besøget.

Head out-appen var nem at bruge til at booke og flytte tidspunktet for vores besøg med øjeblikkelig bekræftelse via e-mail. Oh my guide-butikken var nem at finde.

We appreciate the information behind any historical monument, relic or building. Without out the audioguide to help us understand the significance, it would be just another pretty building. Very well done.

Passage rapide, pas trop d'attente. Un seul bémol. Le lieu de RDV indiqué pour le colisee à l'opposé du lieu d'entrée et personne pour nous renseigner. Sinon, tout était parfait et a très bien fonctionné. Audioguide parfait. Ne pas oublier ses écouteurs.

Rome's iconic temple

The Pantheon derives its name from Greek and translates to "all the Gods" (pan = all, theos = God). The building, in fact, was dedicated to all of them and has stood as a testament to the glory of Rome for over 2,000 years. It was built by Emperor Hadrian on the site of an earlier temple commissioned by Marcus Agrippa during the reign of Augustus.

Audio guide

With this ticket, you can collect your audio guide at the desk inside the Pantheon, and start learning about its fascinating history on your own tour. The audio guide will help you unravel the history of the monument, and you'll be able to find out how it came to be used as a church and a mausoleum. You'll also get to learn about the Pantheon's extraordinary architectural features such as the oculus of the huge dome.

Remember to bring your own smartphone headphones (no Bluetooth, no wireless), otherwise, you can buy them at the audioguide desk of the Pantheon.

What to bring

To collect the audio guide, it is necessary to provide an official photo ID (identity card, driver's license, passport) as a deposit. Only original documents are accepted, and digital documents, student cards, photocopies, or images on mobile devices will not be accepted.

What's not allowed

Strict dress code: clothing that covers the shoulders, knees, and back.
The Pantheon is not suitable for pets.
