What to bring

• Guests must wear covered shoes to the Back-of-house area, including the Aquarist Lab.

• Bring along your towel and swimsuit to participate in the Dolphin Island activities.

What's not allowed

• Handphones, wallets, jewelry, and other accessories are not allowed on Dolphin Island.

• Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium, and Dolphin Island. Pack wisely!

• Keep your camera tucked away – photography and videography are strictly not allowed in the back-of-house areas.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the aquarium.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

Accessibility

• Most S.E.A. Aquarium areas are accessible by wheelchair.

• Lifts are available at Ocean Dome along the back of the Ocean Gallery for easy access.

• The back-of-house area is not accessible by wheelchairs, crutches, and prams/strollers.

• S.E.A. Aquarium wheelchair is available for rental at Level 1 Guest Services Counter by registering your name, contact number, and paying SGD 15 for the rental.

• Please note that entry to Typhoon Theatre is not included and can only be purchased directly from the venue.

• The Dolphin Encounter Experience is subject to change given prevailing weather conditions.

• Guests must inform the guide in prior of any dietary restrictions for the complimentary refreshments provided as part of the VIP experience.

• Children aged 4 and above only can access the Aquarist Lab experience.

• Children below 12 years who have met the height requirement of 110cm must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant.

• Guests must be in swimming attire and footwear upon arrival at Dolphin Island.
