Alle, der besøger Korea, bør tage med på denne tur. Vores guide, Paul, forklarede os konfliktens historie under hensyntagen til den aktuelle politiske situation. Der var tid nok til alle attraktionerne. Næste gang ville vi måske droppe broen, da den snarere er et "instagram"-sted end et historisk sted. En stor tak til Paul og fru Kim, vores chauffør!

A Seoulful getaway into Korea's past

Dive underground into the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, a secretive passageway dug by North Korea that’s straight out of a spy movie. Feel the cool, dimly lit air as you walk through this tunnel that was designed for a surprise invasion. After emerging from the depths, head to Dora Observatory, where you can peer into North Korea and even spot the city of Kaesong on a clear day.

Visit Unification Village, a serene farming community right on the edge of the DMZ. Here, you’ll meet locals who live with hope and resilience, tending their crops and dreaming of a peaceful future. To wrap up the adventure, choose between the heart-pounding Mt. Know before you go

What to bring

Wear comfortable walking shoes as you walk through the tunnel and on different terrains.
Bring your valid passport, which the military officials at the entrance of DMZ will check.

What's not allowed

Luggage and large bags are not allowed on the tour.
Waving, pointing, signaling, or photography without permission are not allowed at the DMZ.
Strict Dress Code: No ripped pants, shorts, skirts, or camouflage.
DMZ is not the kind of place a traveler can just wander off. Tourists must stay with their guide and military escorts at all times.

Accessibility

This tour is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Additional information

DMZ is a military area and hence it can close without prior notice.
DMZ is closed on Mondays and military training days.
