Jeg kunne rigtig godt lide turen. Jeg lærte om Sevillas historie generelt, og Alcazar er for mig allerede en drøm, der går i opfyldelse. Guiden var fantastisk! Vi savnede hende slet ikke. Meget sød og kompetent. Mange tak til jer!

Vi havde booket turen til katedralen, Giralda og Alcazar. Jeg havde ikke læst, at der ville være en pause i den ene del med katedralen og Giralda, og så efter en pause Alcazar. Jeg ved ikke, om det altid er sådan, oplevelsen udfolder sig; så meget desto mere grund til at skrive det tydeligt. Turister har nogle gange en stram tidsplan, og det kan være et problem at stå med en oplevelse, der slutter senest kl. 14.00 og i stedet slutter kl. 16.15. Jeg valgte dig på grund af det produkt, som jeg satte på en bestemt tidsplan, omend utilsigtet, du forårsagede mig et problem. Jeg måtte modvilligt påpege dette, fordi det ikke er rart, at du administrerer det produkt, du sælger, hen over hovedet på køberen. Når det er sagt, viste de to guider sig at være meget venlige, præcise og vidende. Så tilfredsstillende oplevelse, du er nødt til at forbedre dig enten i kommunikation eller i ledelse.

Alcázar of Seville

Visit the Alcázar of Seville, a palace that was once home to the Spanish ruler Alfonso X of Castille and his son, Peter of Castille. Step through the Lion's Gate and make your way to its lush green gardens. Pass by iconic places such as the Courtyard of Maidens and the Hall of Ambassadors, and marvel at the historical artworks including “The Virgin of the Navigators” and “Azulejo” that are kept on display inside the palace.

Seville Cathedral

Explore the Seville Cathedral, a 16th-century Gothic church and the burial site for Peter of Castille. Inside the cathedral, numerous chapels house religious artifacts and artworks, including the tomb of Christopher Columbus. However, more than the architecture it is the La Giralda that brings tourists to this church. This bell tower, once a minaret during Islamic rule, showcases a fascinating blend of Moorish and Renaissance architectural styles. At its summit, visitors can marvel at the iconic bronze weathervane known as the ""Giraldillo,"" symbolizing faith and triumph.

Alcázar of Seville

According to the Alcázar of Seville regulations, each guest must carry their personal ID or original physical document. Online documents, photocopies, or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.

What's not allowed

It is prohibited to touch or tarnish any artistic representation, pillars, and works of art.
Guests under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Alcázar of Seville

Keep in mind trolleys, suitcases, sharp metallic tools or objects, drones, selfie sticks, food & beverages, ammunition and prohibited substances are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, monopods, and any type of commercial photography or filming without express authorization from the Board of Trustees is a no-go inside the venue.
Re-entry is not possible.
