Jeg modtog ingen bekræftelse på afhentning, så jeg kontaktede Headout for at tjekke afhentnings- og afleveringsarrangementer. Efter at være blevet forsikret om, at alle arrangementer var på plads, modtog jeg efterfølgende en e-mail med besked om, at hele billetten (x2) var annulleret, da chaufføren ikke havde fået et forvarsel om vores afhentningssted. Jeg meddelte vores afhentningssted via e-mail til Headout den 20. januar 2025 til en begivenhed den 27. februar 2025 - så min oplevelse er meget dårlig, da der ikke blev modtaget nogen billetter, og årsagerne ser i bedste fald ud til at være opdigtede eller som følge af inkompetence ...

The theatre door opens 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrival guests are requested to attend the show after break otherwise a suitable seat will be assigned.
