Fin oplevelse generelt, men desværre var det forkerte mødested angivet på billetten, hvilket tvang os ud i et kapløb med tiden for ikke at komme for sent til start

The view was nice from the boat. Great to see the scenery along the river. The commentary was difficult to hear from the upper deck.

Das Erlebnis selbst schön, aber das Problem war, dass wir eine halbe Stunde vorher am Terrassenufer waren, aber keiner uns sagte, dass man erst mit dem Shuttlebus hinfahren muss, 20 min vorher, und dafür zum Kurländerpalais erst hin muss. Da war natürlich der Bus schon weg als wir da hin kamen und wir mussten bei Ihrem Partner, der Sächsischen Dampfschifffahrt, auf einen späteren Termin, um 13 Uhr, umbuchen. Gut dass sie so kulant waren denn sonst wäre das Ticket verfallen. Schade u traurig, dass in der Email von Headout als Treffpunkt nur Terrassenufer stand, nicht dass man zu einem Shuttlebus muss, um zum Start der Elbefahrt zu kommen. Denn das hätten Sie wissen müssen, da die Carolabrücke schon länger eingestürzt ist u man deshalb mit dem Shuttlebus die Stadt umfahren muss, um zum Startpunkt der Elbe Fahrt zu kommen. Dieser Hinweis wäre wichtig, denn dann wären wir gleich zum Shuttlebus hin u hätten die eigentlich gebuchte Fahrt um 11 Uhr machen können. Freundliche Grüße Angela Maier

Der Service war unterirdisch, man bekommt einfach was serviert was nicht bestellt wurde oder man wird bei der Bezahlung beschissen. 😂
