The crew were amazing. The waiter's extraordinary. I had problems getting around because of my broken ankle and they looked after me like a queen. Best 58th birthday ever!

Sehr nettes Personal und nettes Ambiente. Was uns persönlich noch gefehlt hat, ist Musik. Ein wenig Musik von Strauss hätte die Reise noch vollkommener gemacht 🤩🤩🥂

Die Schifffahrt nach Dürnstein war sehr schön! Hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten somit die Sonne auf dem Oberdeck genießen. Was uns weniger gefallen hat: Das Abendessen dass in Buffetform angeboten wurde ist gestürmt worden. Leider hatten einige Gäste kein Benehmen, drängten sich zum 3. - 4. Mahle vor, wobei sich die anderen Gäste sich vom Buffet bis zum anderen Ende des Speisedecks anstellten. Bei dem Anblick ist uns der Appetit vergangen!!

I have booked that short tour to attract my young daughters. As they never before being on a ships. And they really enjoyed this. On this tour we amazed how beauty is Vienna looked from Danube, we impressed how river locks lifting the boat. Dürnstein town is awesome - small and cosy. Thanks to crew for hospitality and care. Snacks on board were delicious.

Sail Along the Wachau Valley

Start your day with a delicious continental breakfast on board the MS Kaiserin Elisabeth II, a luxurious ship that will take you from Vienna to the Wachau Valley. As you sail along the Danube, admire the skyline of Vienna, the Kahlenberg mountain, and the Klosterneuburg monastery. You will also pass by the garden city of Tulln, where you can see the Egon Schiele Museum and the Roman Museum. Aboard the cruise, you'll also enjoy a lunchtime snack of veal goulash with pastries.

Explore the Charming Village of Dürnstein

After about 6 hours of cruising, you will arrive at Dürnstein, a picturesque village with a blue church tower and a historic castle. Here, with 2 hrs to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site on your own, visit the ruins of Dürnstein Castle, where King Richard the Lionheart was imprisoned in 1192. You can also visit the gothic hall, the Danube terrace, and the baroque collegiate church at Dürnstein Abbey or take a stroll through the cobblestone streets, shop for local handicrafts, and taste some of the famous Wachau wines. You can also opt for the Bratislava cruise if you don't have enough time to cover the other two attractions.
